In the beginning, there was nothing, except for the One. There are many names for It, but the horses simply call It the Creator. And as the story goes, the Creator was lonely, so It drew Its breath and exhaled the elements. They combined and made the world; known to the horses as Phantasma.
From the elements, the Creator molded three beings. Boreas, the winged one, drawn from sky and fire. Notos, the horned one, wroth from earth and rock. And Zephyros, the female shapeshifter, made from ice and water.
6/22: I'm advertising like crazy, so hopefully it's getting us somewhere. We've got 9 members, but hey, everyone starts somewhere! Chase (me) will be gone Wednesday through Saturday, though, so don't let it go inactive while I'm away. And I won't be on very much tomorrow or Tuesday either, I believe. I'll try to get on as much as possible.
6/17: All boards are now in order, and the plot is officially up. And plus, we've reached 5 members. :] We're starting out great! It'd help a great bunch if you all advertised for us - the code is in the "Help us!" thread in the Advertise board.
6/16: Please welcome our new co-admin, Gossamer! We are currently creating a plot and making major changes to boards and loyalties so that it is no longer a "dark vs. light" RPG. Once we are finished, which should be quite soon, actually, we'll be totally original! :]
6/15: Finished the site! All we need to do is get a few images up, and advertise.

istaer stones [camp] In the center of Borean territory lays a forest clearing, hidden between oak and pine. This clearing is filled with sparse grass and a few flowers, and water is more than half a mile away. It is surrounded by a towering pile of gray stones, varying in size from boulders to tiny pebbles. It is said that the rocks come from the mountains in the gods’ lands, although this is highly unlikely. Such a monument to power is quite imposing to both Boreans themselves and also those of other loyalties. It also allows for the perfect place to keep hostages and slaves, for the walls are a meter thick at their weakest point and there is only one way out. Moderator: c,hase.

perboa waters This is the only water source of the Istaer Stones camp, and it’s very hard to find. Only Boreans know where it is located, for any loyalty would have trouble finding the once-great waterfall. It trickles into a small pool that empties into an underground stream to prevent flooding. Now, however, this waterfall is no more than a few feet in width and very thin. Regardless, the tiny moss-laden cave behind it provides a great hiding place. Most little ones are forbidden from hiding here in games, for it’s a favorite hideout of outlaws. Besides, such a small cave allows protection for only two to three full-grown occupants. lohrid field This field spans roughly three miles wide and five miles long. It is the most open, not to mention plushest, territory in the Boreas lands. Lohrid Fields is also one of the most popular places for stargazing, as it allows a clear view of the night sky. Crickets are commonplace here as well as many bugs in the knee-high grass. A small grove of trees leading into the heart of Borean territory is filled with apples, firs, pine, and oak, and provides much shelter. Not far from this grove can be found Perboa waters, the largest and most abundant water resource for the Boreans. Moderator: c,hase.

joyre cave [camp] This fantastical place has several nicknames, varying from “Stoneheart” to “Starplace.” Joyre Cave is located in the side of a rocky protuberance in Joyre Valley. It is the largest cave there and very spacious to allow for the taller residents, for all of them are of draft lineage. It is filled with stalagmites and stalactites that drip water into a pool small in width and length but seemingly bottomless in depths. It reflects a cave that is dark in wall, but on the ceiling are tiny flecks of a pearly substance so that it feels as if you are always among the stars. Moderator: ‘ z c x a r

valdae springs Joyre Valley is also host to a small pine forest, which is home to a series of hot springs. It is a popular place on cold days or for those who are not feeling well. The water bubbles up from an underground well and is extremely hot at first touch, but once one is used to it, it’s quite pleasant. Songbirds are abundant here and nest in the taller pines, providing a lovely soundtrack to this spalike retreat for Notosians. Moderator: ‘ z c x a r

adál gardens On the slopes of Joyre Valley is a precipice containing a mass of flowering weeds and some bushes. It is quite eye-pleasing, but most are careful when entering here for most of the plants have nettles and stings that stick in one’s coat. Spending an entire day picking them all out is not at all fun, so most Notosians prefer to simply observe the Gardens and stay on the above bluffs overlooking Joyre Valley. Moderator: ‘ z c x a r

alata falls [camp] In the tropics of the southern lands lies a large waterfall that spills its glimmering contents to shield a small tunnel behind the water. Going around the sheet of liquid will lead one into a cave sparkling with crystals big enough only for two to walk side by side comfortably, for the sharp crystals would cut anyone walking to close to the sides. However, the tunnel goes on for about half a mile, weaving under a mountain. Many side passages lead off into the depths of the earth, but there is only one way to follow - the way adorned by crystals. Following this leads into a valley spanning two to three miles. It is a virtual paradise, however; it is tainted by sin of greed and violence, and does not taste quite as sweet as it looks. Moderator: gossamer.

glaise terrain This is a mildly pleasant place, and a medium sized hotspring is the centerpiece. It is located in the rainforest’s largest clearing, and is home to many a skin-puncturing rock. Several insects are common here, but one can escape them by taking a dip in the warm-watered spring. Several tropical birds sing sweetly from within the depths of the forest, and sing a haunting lullaby to the occupants. Moderator: gossamer.

døder lake This large lake appears peacful from the surface, but is very dangerous, especially to those who cannot swim. Wade out more than a few meters, and you’ll drop into its seemingly bottomless depths. Many biting fish, namely piranhas, inhabit the waters and are always searching for a tasty snack. However, despite the water, Døder is relatively peaceful. Tropical fruit trees are abundant, and where the water is not deep, there is smooth white sand which is pleasing underfoot. the gods' lands
the mountain ring Surrounding the entire land of the gods' is a ring of mountains, each one different in shapes, each one carrying it's own riches. Many caves are carved into the mountains, and many valleys carry a source of water. Healing herbs grow on the faces of the great structures, and the soil is soft. The Boreans strive for this land with all their heart.
the waving fields Within the mountains that guard the gods' land, fields upon fields of long, lush green grasses wave with the faintest of breezes. Fruit trees, such as apples and cherries, scatter their deserts across the lands, and little rodents weave their way through the maze of grass stems. The Notosians lust for this land with all their soul.
the sparkling rivers And in the center of it all, miles of rivers snake their way through the land, their clear surfaces sparkling in the sunlight that seems to never be covered by clouds. Scores of colorful fish swim and jump through the waves, adding to the serenity of the land. The Zephyrians crave for this land with all their might.
